Daimler Truck Parts Centre AE, Dubai-UAE

Established in October 2022, Daimler Truck Parts Centre AE (DTPC AE) in Dubai South serves as the strategic regional logistics and distribution hub for Daimler Truck across the Middle East and Africa. Developed in partnership with DHL, the leading logistics service provider, DTPC AE currently supports eight markets within the Middle East and, following its initial expansion phase, extends its coverage to eleven African markets. Plans are underway to incorporate an additional ten markets during the second phase of expansion.

The state-of-the-art facility covers approximately 7,000 square meters and houses over 14,000 distinct part numbers. It features advanced storage solutions, including Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) racking, selective pallet racking, bulk storage areas, and mezzanine levels dedicated to small parts picking. DTPC AE is engineered to manage complex logistics operations such as a comprehensive Parts and CORE returns process and lifecycle management, storage and distribution of Oils & Chemicals, high-voltage battery storage, and end-to-end lifecycle part handling.

The Parts Centre strictly adheres to Dangerous Goods regulations, incorporating designated zones to ensure safe storage and handling of hazardous materials. A dedicated customer service team manages order processing customized to the requirements of each market, while an inventory management team focuses on optimizing stock levels and precise demand planning.
